The marketing of natural, organic raw materials of animal and vegetable origin for the production of pet food and feed is the largest business segment of HAGES. We also supply industrial customers in the pharmaceutical, fertilizer, gelatine and collagen industries.

Our main field of activity is the acquisition and processing of animal by-products from slaughterhouses and the fish processing industry. These range from tiny glands to dried and ground cattle hooves and horns.

Our portfolio also includes raw materials of vegetable origin – which are becoming increasingly important in the production of pet food and feed, for example. For this reason, we also continuously expand our range of raw materials in this area.
